Fight Night Round 4 is the much-awaited fourth offering of the successful boxing video game series. It’s successor, FN 3 garnered huge success since its release in 2006. FNR4 is set to be released sometime in July of this year with video game versions both from XBOX 360 and PS3.
Fight Night Round 4will feature a number of boxers from the different divisions headed by heavyweight legends Iron Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali and Lennox Lewis together with middleweight superstars Winky Wright and Sugar Ray Leonard. Other famous personalities in the boxing world that were featured in the round 3 are also included in round 4.

This latest round of the Fight Night series will run on the same game play engine used in the previous rounds bringing the same level of hard-punching action on high video quality. Fight Night Round 4 promises to add excitement to the simulation of the game of boxing with the addition of various fighting styles for every boxer to authentically and virtually emulate how the greatest fighters of all time punched their way to success. Players can pressure their boxing rivals using the no-holds barred style of Iron Mike while punching your way into your opponent’s body. There are more options on how to play the game for the player. Although FN 4 may seem to be just an upgrade of FN 3, it actually has one feature that the other Fight Night series were not able to provide. In terms of game play video quality, all matches in Fight Night Round 4 will be unique and totally different from one another. This will be made possible by using the state-of-the-art and recently developed physics-based animation system that attempts to recreate the realities of a boxing match. Be able to throw real-like punches, thus, giving the player a wide-range of boxing arsenal and defensive strategies. Other factors such as fatigue status, foot work and adrenaline level will still be in the game to help the player monitor his game play.
Another thing to watch out for in FN 4 is the enhancement of its audio quality. The enhanced audio allows the player to experience true-to-life boxing matches by capturing the emotion and excitement that is heard in the four corners of the ring.
