The upcoming third-person shooting game, Terminator Salvation on sale starting May 12, 2009 will certainly make everyone excited. The game is available to play with on a lot of platforms. Buy Terminator Salvation and play it on your Xbox 360, PS3, PC and even in your own iPhone!
Terminator Salvation review is not yet available but here is a sneak peak nonetheless. The game is a third person shooting game where you need to constantly attack and defend at the same time. Battle SkyNet enemies, the same enemies in the film counterpart, as well as new enemies only designed for the game.
You will be playing as John Connor. You will save mankind from the brink of extinction. You are mankind’s only hope. You will have an ally following you all around the game – Blair Wilson. Blair can also be played by a second player as there is a split screen feature. This feature is not available online though. Playing with a co-op lets you revive your partner as many times as you want. You have to be careful when reviving your partner as you might leave yourself open for the robots to feast on you.

Man versus machine. The game might seem impossible as the machines look indestructible. Not to worry as there are a lot of places to hide in the game. Dive and slide from cover to cover while using blind fire makes the action more realistic. Ignoring the cover system spells death. But it also does not mean that when you hide, you will not take any damage. Your health will not refill all by itself and there is no health pick-ups scattered through the stages of the game. So you have to be extra careful. Your health will automatically fill up by itself for every checkpoint you finish. The game is not for cowards who would like to hide, wait then ambush. Fights in this game are 360 degrees. Get too comfortable in your hiding spot for so long and the robots will find you and attempt to destroy your cover. The machines will not hesitate to kill you; they will not wait for you to make the first move as they are programmed to have one goal in mind – to kill every human being on earth. The machines seem indestructible and it may take longer to destroy as they are equipped with heavy armor. Stack up your grenades and rocket launcher if you really want to deal some damage. And to add more challenge to that, some machines are really intelligent as they seem to know when you are attacking as they will shield themselves preventing you from doing any damage at all. You will not go anywhere if you just attack without thinking. Distract the machines using your ally afterwards attacking the machine from the weak side. The machine might not be that intelligent after all.
Terminator Salvation for sale internationally on the specified release date. I would suggest to not buying used Terminator Salvation copies only one license per PC is allowed. The game is worth it so you might want to buy your own copy.
